Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. Leading up to the game's release, a collaboration event was held from SQUARE ENIX CAFE Tokyo's grand opening from October 1 to October 23, 2016. It promoted the recently released tie-in film, Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (released July 9, 2016) and tie-in original net animation series, Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV (final episode released September 17, 2016). This marks the first collaboration event for the game.

Fluffy Chiffon Cake [¥600] – A chiffon cake with a banana flavor.

Crispy Cheese Pizza [¥600] – A margherita pizza made with plenty of tomato sauce and thick bread dough.

Veggie Medley Stew [¥700] – A white chicken stew with plenty vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.

Roquefort Mont Blanc Gaia's Wrath Mont Blanc [¥900] – A dessert inspired by Titan.
Drinks Menu:

Titan Kahlúa Crusher [¥800] – A powerful drink that combines coffee jelly with the image of the earth, kahlua, and milk. This drink is alcoholic.
In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 4 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 4 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting a new artwork called "Big Bang" illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered.
