Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. To commemorate the game's 2nd anniversary, a special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from November 17 to December 14, 2018. This marks the seventh collaboration event for the game.

Moist Tomato Cake [¥890] – A cake made from tomatoes and basil, served with vanilla ice cream sprinkled with black pepper. Please enjoy the combination of saltiness and sweetness.

Noctis (Lovers' Notebook) [¥1,760] – A cassis based drink served with glowing red ice that resembles Noctis' eyes. It is topped with chocolate in the image of the Lovers' Notebook, a red notebook Lunafreya and Noctis used for secret correspondence. The price without the tumbler is ¥790.

Ignis (Ebony Coffee) [¥1,760] – Ignis' preferred coffee brand. A simple hot coffee with Ignis' daggers stabbed into whipped cream. The price without the tumbler is ¥790.

Prompto (Mojito) [¥1,760] – A non-alcoholic refreshing mojito with a mild sweetness, topped with lime and mint. A piece of chocolate created in the likeness of Prompto's gun is included. The price without the tumbler is ¥790.

Gladiolus (American Lemonade) [¥1,760] – Use Gladiolus' large sword to mix this American lemonade made from non-alcoholic red wine. The price without the tumbler is ¥790.

Final Fantasy XV 2nd Anniversary [¥790] – A drink with gold powder and a rose, served in a gorgeous glass to toast Noctis and his friends in commemoration of the game's 2nd anniversary.

Carbuncle (Blue Lassi) [¥730] – A drink made with syrup and lassi in the likeness of Carbuncle.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 6 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 8 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting the cover art for Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered. Visitors who spent over ¥2,000 on merchandise were gifted a special post card.
