Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. The Royal Edition and the Windows Edition of the game were released on March 6 and March 7, 2018, respectively. To commemorate this, a special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from March 3 to April 6, 2018. This marks the sixth collaboration event for the game. A special Chocobo statue was also on display, donated by Universal Studios Japan for Square Enix's collaboration for the Final Fantasy XR Ride.

Gentiana's Yokan [¥930] – Original yokan (thick, jellied Japanese sweets) inspired by Gentiana (Shiva). There are four kinds of yokan (peach, gold powder, mango, and matcha) with special amazake (fermented Japanese rice) sauce.

Memory Lane Pastries [¥1,500] – Sweets that Noctis enjoyed with Lunafreya during their childhood. There are six pastries in total.

Noctis & Lunafreya (Violet Star) [¥790] – A yogurt drink with a violet color inspired by zeal flowers, symbolizing the wedding of two lovers. It is decorated with a marshmallow with a studded silver star and the snuggling couple.

Black Chocobolate Chick (Black Sesame Chocolate Milk) [¥750] – A black sesame-based drink with a gentle taste, decorated with cute black chocobo chicks.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 7 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 8 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting a new artwork called "Big Bang" illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered. Visitors who spent over ¥2,000 on merchandise were gifted a special post card with artwork based on Episode Ignis.
