Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. It promoted various current and upcoming releases from the Final Fantasy XV universe, such as Final Fantasy XV: Assassin's Festival DLC (released August 31, 2017), Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV (released 21 November 2017), Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition (released February 8, 2018), and Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition (released March 8, 2018). A special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from September 16 to October 13, 2017. This marks the fifth collaboration event for the game.

Aranea's Cassoulet [¥860] – A cassoulet (French casserole) inspired by Aranea, with meat, pork skin and white beans, cooked in a clay pot and simmered for a long time.

Chocobo Coconut Pineapple Mousse [¥830] – A mousse made from coconut and pineapple with the image of a chocobo. It is generously decorated with a side of strawberry, muscat, Kyoho, orange, kiwi, grapefruit, and colorful fruits.

Memory Lane Pastries [¥1,500] – Sweets that Noctis enjoyed with Lunafreya during their childhood. There are six pastries in total.

Gladiolus' Ferver (Strong Red) [¥1,700] – A hot cup of fiery red tomato juice and punchy habanero sauce, representing the mighty power Gladiolus needs to protect three important comrades. The price without the tumbler is ¥730. Alcohol can be added for ¥70.

Prompto's Spirit (Spicy Gold) [¥1,700] – A drink accented with the acidity of lime and lemon and the spiciness of black pepper. The price without the tumbler is ¥730. Alcohol can be added for ¥70.

Gentiana (Blue Ice Crush) [¥750] – A drink with unified blue tones embodying Gentiana/Shiva's gentleness and dignified beauty.

Cid Sophiar (Berry Beer) [¥750] – A gentle-tasting cocktail with berry syrup accented with beer, representing the gentle side of the usually stubborn and unfriendly Cid. This drink is alcoholic.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 6 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 8 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting a new artwork called "Big Bang" illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered.
