Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. The Moogle Chocobo Carnival DLC was released on January 24, 2017. To commemorate this, a special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from December 26, 2016 to January 22, 2017. This marks the third collaboration event for the game.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 6 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 10 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting a new artwork called "Big Bang" illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered.
