Final Fantasy XV is an action RPG released on November 29, 2016 by Square Enix. To commemorate the game's release, a special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from November 14 to December 15, 2016. This marks the second collaboration event for the game.

Prompto's Spirit (Spicy Gold) [¥1,700] – A drink accented with the acidity of lime and lemon and the spiciness of black pepper. The price without the tumbler is ¥730. Alcohol can be added for ¥70.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy XV, original luncheon mats (1 of 7 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 4 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders. A special limited edition luncheon mat depicting a new artwork called "Big Bang" illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano was gifted when certain dishes were ordered.
