Final Fantasy VII was originally released on January 31, 1997 by Square. The first in a planned series of full HD remakes of the game was released on April 10, 2020. To commemorate the release of the remake, a special limited time café was held at SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ from February 8 to April 7, 2020. Square Enix’s other café, ARTNIA, also held the collaboration from February 8 to April 24, 2020. It marked the first collaboration event at the Tokyo branch after its renovation. The COVID-19 pandemic caused several business closures across Japan. Upon reopening, SQUARE ENIX CAFÉ and ARTNIA extended the Final Fantasy VII Remake collaboration from June 1 to June 19, 2020. In celebration of the event, ARTNIA decorated the materia collection in the waterfall of its Luxury Area with flowers like the ones found in Aerith’s church.

Moogle Anman [¥680] – An anman (steamed azuki bun) in the likeness of a fluffy moogle. There is plenty of sweet bean paste inside. Can be enjoyed as a meal or dessert.

Flower Parfait That Only Blooms Here [¥1,100] – Despite no vegetation is able to grow in Midgar, flowers bloom inside Aerith’s church in the Sector 5 slums. A cute parfait in the likeness of Aerith’s flowers is created with great care, with a pleasant texture of sweet and sour strawberries and granola.

The Flower Girl’s Salad [¥900] – A salad inspired by the flowers that bloom all over Aerith’s church. Its fluffy, floral scent reminds you for her gentleness and cuteness. It is enjoyed with a carrot dressing.

Yakiniku Set Meal [¥1,300] – A yakiniku (grilled meat) set meal served at the bar at Wall Market in the Sector 6 Midgar Slums.

Risotto Zo To [¥900] – A tomato and cheese risotto reminiscent of Reno’s fiery red hair, a Turk from the Investigation Sector of the General Affairs Department of the Shinra Electric Power Company. An adult dish with semi-dried tomatoes and basil.

Materia Xiao Long Bao [¥930] – Five different colored dumplings in the likeness of materia. You can eat it alone or share. The stuffings are: mala (red), coriander (green), scallops (blue), crab (yellow), and truffle (black).

Sashimi Set Meal [¥1,300] – A sashimi set meal served at the bar at Wall Market in the Sector 6 Midgar Slums.

Wall Market Yakisoba [¥900] – A popular menu item at the Wall Market food stand consisting of fried noodles, shrimp, squid, and scallops. It’s a hit with working men as it’s a quick and filling meal. It is garnished with red pickled ginger.

Eggs & Chips [¥850] – Seventh Heaven’s signboard menu item. Many regular customers enjoy snacking on this dish as they sip on Tifa’s cocktails. You can break the egg yolk and mix it with the chips, or enjoy it with the chili beans.

Sweet Moogle Mousse [¥1,200] – A sweet mousse in the likeness of a moogle. It is a dish that is highly recommended to try at the end of your meal.

Cloud [¥900] – A refreshing drink with the tang of lemon jelly and pineapple juice, inspired by Cloud. It is topped with the iconic Buster Sword.

Sephiroth [¥900] – Chic and stylish, it is a sweet drink inspired by Sephiroth. The Masamune is made from straw and silver foil.

Aerith [¥800] – A drink with a mysterious taste in the likeness of Aerith’s gentle appearance. The flowers are edible.

Tifa [¥800] – A punchy yoghurt drink made with pomegranate. The colors of the chocolate sauce and whipped cream is inspired by Tifa’s outfit.

Turks (Shin-Ra) [¥800] – Shin-Ra’s company logo, in which the Turks are a part of, emerges from the hot café au lait.

Mako Beverage [¥800] – A drink that suspiciously shines a brilliant green, like the energy-generating mako. It is flavored with apple soda.

Shin-Ra Company [¥850] – A rum based cocktail inspired by the Shin-Ra Headquarters in Midgar. This drink is alcoholic.

Midgar Sectors 1-8 [¥850] – A berry-based drink inspired by the city lights of Midgar. The cups are randomly numbered from 1 to 8, representing the eight sectors of Midgar.

Don Corneo [¥850] – A neon pink drink with gold leaf inspired by the glaring personality of Don Corneo.

In addition to the food inspired by Final Fantasy VII Remake, original luncheon mats (1 of 6 designs) were gifted at random for food orders and coasters (1 of 6 designs) were gifted at random for drink orders.
